Two panes of glass, two tones in dialogue. Against a bronze mirror base, organically shaped fragments of silver mirror settle in layers; their curving lines evoking, without illustrating, the cross-section of a distant landscape.

The thickness of the glass, visible at the edges, reveals the layered construction and gives it its depth. What could be simply a mirror becomes a wall composition in its own right, responsive to shifts in light and viewpoint.

Deux matières, un seul objet. Sur un fond de miroir bronze, des fragments de miroir argenté viennent se superposer en plans décalés; leurs contours courbes créant entre eux des lignes de tension qui traversent la surface.

La construction est lisible : l'épaisseur du verre, visible en tranche, dit l'empilement, la profondeur, la rigueur du geste. Ce qui pourrait n'être qu'un miroir devient une composition à part entière, qui change selon la lumière et le point de vue.
